The journey of our family office started in 1956 under the leadership of Mr. Ratanlal, our Chairman. Tradex Group was established in 1986 to provide Consultancy Services to facilitates the import and export of raw materials and finished products for the Fertilizer and Steel Industry in India. Headquartered in Delhi, Tradex has established offices in Dubai as well as Singapore and is well connected to all important trade routes. Over the years, Tradex has diversified into various fields such as international trading of agri-products, shipping, real estate, hospitality & institutional investments. Tradex Group strives on outstanding quality and admirable work ethics. This distinguishes us as one of the most prominent family businesses in India.
Our Founders
Mr. Ratanlal
ChairmanMr. Ratanlal was the chairman of the Tradex group and is well known in the agro-product trade industry, with over four decades of experience in international trade. He was also the president of the All India Spices Importers, Exporters And Distributors Association. Mr. Ratanlal played a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the Government of India in formulating policies related to imports and exports of agro-products.
Mr. Ajay K. Gupta
Managing DirectorMr. Ajay K. Gupta founded Tradex group in the year 1986, an organisation that solely represents major Jordanian fertilisers companies in the Indian market. His profound vision and leadership skills have driven the company to new heights, making a mark in the Indian fertiliser sector. He is also actively involved in the real estate industry and has acquired a sizeable portfolio of properties.
